Beth Brett is a seasoned brand strategist and publicist. Past and present clients include Marriott Hotels as well as boutique properties in Palm Springs, Park City, and Hawaii. Clients have also included Westfield Century City, Pacific Design Center, Ovation Hollywood Shopping and Entertainment Complex, Fashion Island, Skin Laundry, and Frank Lloyd Wright’s UNESCO-designated Hollyhock House, which received its status during her publicity campaign. She has also served as a notable book publicist for April Showers and her brand Afro Unicorn, Askia Fountain, Cassidy Brianna, Dana Klisanin, and former Viacom CEO Frank Biondi and Jane Munna Biondi, who co-authored Let’s Be Frank.

Before founding her bi-coastal firm, Beth Brett Communications, she served as the communications director for the Los Angeles Tourism and Convention Board. For eight years, Beth was a lead publicist for The Getty, where she forged strategic partnerships and managed PR for every major program at the world-renowned arts institution. Prior to her Getty post, she was a communications specialist for Hospital for Special Surgery, one of the nation’s top hospitals.

After graduating from Princeton University, where she competed on the varsity tennis and squash teams, Beth began her career in New York at SERINO/COYNE, working on creative campaigns for live entertainment brands. She spent several years as a senior editor at Tennis Week magazine under the late Gene Scott. With a master’s degree from Stanford’s Journalism School, Beth has also written articles for The New York Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, The Hartford Courant, Newsday, and ESPN The Magazine.
